Hey everyone Emily from POGO Physio here. Just a quick tip for all my mums out there or just people in general who are suffering from lower back pain. The stiffer you are through the upper part of your back the more it will load up your lower back. So that’s where tools like this will come in handy. So if you have of these your half foam roller you just lie back on it with your knees bent or you full foam roller your massage. Give them a try!
