ITB Release with a Pocket Physio
ITB release
Watch Sato show us how to release a tight ITB with a handy tool known as the Pocket Physio. This tip is great for runners, triathletes, cyclists. If your ITB becomes too tight it can cause Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) which is one of the most common causes of the painful ‘runners knee’. So our tip is to call into POGO Physio – grab a Pocket Physio and aim to ‘prehab’ your body to avoid this injury.
