Hi guys in keeping with our high level ankle rehab just thought I’d share a good exercise to help with your ankle and hip stability. So foot forward direction so you just need a band with you. So we’re going to train our injured or leg that we are rehabbing or if nothings injured, both. Standing on your left leg going out against the band making sure that this glute is engaged and we’re keeping nice and still. Hands over the head of bit of an extra challenge and then we are simply turning 90 degrees doing the same thing against the band. Keeping your back hip nice and stable, working off about 12 reps in each direction. I like to make it harder by doing a calf raise trying to hold that position as well, which is much harder.
