Hi guys its Sato from POGO Physio. Today I’m going to show you one of the great self-massage techniques on your forearm. This technique is really good for people who spend most of the time in front of the computer or even people who have elbow pain. So put your thumb on your wrist and gradually sliding up towards your elbow. And then with your forefingers onto your supernator which is here and then twist your wrist. This is really good self-release technique. So try this one if you are spending a lot of time in front of the computer. Enjoy!
