Dr Christian Moro is the Assistant Professor of Bio Medical Sciences at Bond University on the Gold Coast. Dr Moro’s teaching pedigree and his enthusiasm for his subjects are second to none. In fact, Christian was recently awarded the Australian Award for Teaching excellence amongst all of his University Australia peers.
Dr Moro is super passionate about his topics and during this episode we explore all things muscle fatigue, what causes it, the plasticity of the brain, optimal performance in the limits and so much more. This really is a very fun and of course highly informative episode.
